removing samples/*/makefile.unx

 Hello,

 I'd like to remove all samples/*/makefile.unx files as they are not
generated by bakefile and so some of them are out of date while other
samples don't have them at all. OTOH I think that makefiles suitable for
building the samples outside of the build tree are quite useful for wx
users so I'd like to include "bakefile -fgnu" output makefiles in the
distribution to replace the makefile.unx ones (they could even be called
the same, although we could also use the default GNUMakefile name as well).
As these makefiles are not that useful for wx developers, however, I do not
want to add them to the cvs.

 Any comments/objections/offers of help?
