"we don't support state callbacks yet" assert in wxListCtrl on Vista

Hi,
I just got this bugreport about running poedit on Windows Vista:
http://article.gmane.org/gmane.editors.poedit.user/523
poEdit uses virtual mode of wxListCtrl in pretty standard way and it
asserts in wxListCtrl. I don't have access to Vista, so I can't check
if the same happens in the samples, unfortunately. Does anybody has
any idea what's going on? The simplest fix would be to just remove
the assert (the comment near it indicates it's not really necessary),
but I'd rather not do that myself, not knowing this code at all...
Regards,
Vaclav
