Summary: Additional application menu items

Initial Comment:
It would be nice to have an additional slot in the
application menu for licensing / registration.
wxID_LICENSE could be a good name for the id;
wxID_REGISTER seems a bit less clear, on first blush.
This would go in right under the About menu item
(without a separator) as this seems to be the standard
(it also makes sense). I guess another member would
then be added to wxApp as well.
