Summary: wxPrintData defaults

Initial Comment:
wxPrintData doesn't seem to start off with appropriate
locale-specific defaults (wxPAPER_A4 is not the
standard for all locales).

I first guessed that this is a wxMac-specific problem,
but this guess didn't seem to match up with a quick
look at the source. If it is wxMac-specific, please
reclassify.
