A lot of developers still use eVC3 because it still address both WinCE 5 and
WinCE 4 devices at once.

I just tried eVC4 builds: debug PocketPC and debug Smartphone and working of
emulators look fine. The only problem I noticed that background of collapsible
pane seems different that background of the rest of about dialog. No time for
investigation unfortunatelly.
