wx.dsw with correct build order

 Hello,

 Could someone please reorder dependencies once again in build/msw/wx.dsw
so that DLLs are built in correct order? Jamie did it in rev 1.11 but that
revision doesn't have aui and richtext libraries so they'd have to be added
there. This should be pretty trivial to do but, of course, you need to
spend quite some time testing all the builds (from clean state every time)
and I just don't have it. But this is pretty important as in general it
makes a strongly bad impression on the new wx users if the libraries fail
to build from the first build attempt.
