Summary: wxFileDialog focus problem on wxGTK

Initial Comment:
wxGTK wxFileDialog does not give focus to the filename
when first brought up.

To reproduce:
* Compile samples/dialogs and run it
* Chose the "Save Dialog"
* Without doing anything else, type a filename
* Your typing gets lost

Expected behaviour:
* Your filename is not lost

On Gnome applications (e.g. gedit) this all works fine.

Problem observed wx2.6.3 CVSHEAD
