Summary: Arrows/Ins/Del on numeric keypad are broken

Initial Comment:
On wxMSW 2.6.3 with Num Lock turned off, the control
functions (arrows, insert/delete etc) of the numeric
keypad do not work in an STC.

Appears to work fine on apps built against 2.6.2.
