Initial Comment:
As mentioned in
http://wxforum.shadonet.com/viewtopic.php?t=3003 and
http://wxforum.shadonet.com/viewtopic.php?p=42420#42420,
wxDDEConnectionList is used in wx/msw/dde.h but is
defined in wx/dde.h. This breaks compilation at times,
maybe the #include was meant to be in wx/msw/dde.h?
