Initial Comment:
Attachment: Unsophisticated but fully functional
wxXBMHandler, utilizing the fact that the wxBitmap ctor
knows about XBM.

- Tested with images generated by Gimp 2.2.10 on Windows.
- Tested only with wxMSW.
