Summary: list control headers

Initial Comment:
Although wxListCtrl headers can be resized, they still 
cannot be dragged.. which means the user cannot change 
in real time the position of colums.
This is quite needed for the good UI experience .. the 
alternative is to add a different configuration 
screen, in which users can define the position of 
columns (we want to avoid zat)
