[wx-dev] wxPickerBase and default proportion values

While you are in it, I noticed that turning label on in wxColourPickerCtrl
gives wider label than width of button (visible on XP in widgets sample). I'm
not sure if the default button width should be equal to the "#RRGGBB" or if
best size should be invalidated once label is on, but current state doesn't
look nice. Suggestions?
