2.7 release once again

 Hi,

 Are we waiting for anything special to make 2.7.0 release? If we don't,
can we just use the files generated by the build scripts and available at

	http://biolpc22.york.ac.uk/pub/CVS_HEAD/v2/

and call them 2.7.0 or is there anything more to do?
