Compiler CW8.3, 
targets wxshlib Carbon release/debug, other targets ok
file app.cpp 

Error in compilation:

Error   : name has not been declared in namespace/class
app.cpp line 732   WXIMPORT char std::__throws_bad_alloc ;

cvs update -C -d  done the same day.
