  That's indeed me. The fact is, I was having problems getting write
access to work, and so (as it's marked on the message) I was trying
commiting some minor thing while it didn't let me create the branch. The
change was actually neeed on my side, as reverting it causes my tex2rtf
not to work anymore. I might be wrong and that was an old build without
your change, so I'll revert it and apologize, of course.

About "better way", this only added the "." (current folder) to the list
of folders to look for files, and given that "." is the place to look
for files in a lot of cases, I'd like to see what's the "better way" you
did on your side :)
