Summary: wxMenuItem.SetBitmap and wxITEM_RADIO 

Initial Comment:
when using wxMenuItem.SetBitmap -->
At the first time one pops up the menu everything is 
ok, But afterwards the menu is getting somewhat 
bigger and all menus' wxITEM_RADIO disappear. 
(It affects all new menus, not just the one that has 
the bitmaps)

wxMSW specific.
