Summary: DC logic modes not working on Mac

Initial Comment:
Using: Mac OS 10.4.7 with MacPython 2.4.3 and wxPython 2.6.3.2rc2 
(wxMAC, unicode, wx-assertions-on, SWIG-1.3.27).

Issue: many DC logic modes result in null output on the mac.  See the 
attached screen capture of the "Mask" module of the wx demo app; 
compare with the analogous screen of the demo running on ubuntu linux 
with python 2.4.2 (wxGTK, unicode, gtk2, wx-assertions-off) .
