We are talking about the transparent hint window, not the the
wxFloatingPane (i.e. the palette) - surely that doesn't need
a caption? :-)

Sure. The question is about the ordering of 2 windows both
of which have wxFLOAT_ON_TOP set (both the transparent hint
window and the palettes have it set).
