Summary: Add optional labelwidths to filebrowsebutton

Initial Comment:
This patch updates filebrowsebutton to allow for
optional "label width" argument, along with
accompanying documentation.  This is potentially useful
for aligning multiple filebrowsebuttons on a panel. 
This also changes the label alignment to LEFT, instead
of RIGHT.
