Summary: wxAUI Sample Updated with Venetian Blinds Options

Initial Comment:
This patch adds support for changing the
wxAUI_MGR_DISABLE_VENETIAN_BLINDS and
wxAUI_MGR_DISABLE_VENETIAN_BLINDS_FADE flags at runtime
along with the transparent hint options.

I also removed the 0.9.2 version references in the
sample as wxAUI is no longer 0.9.2.
