2.7.0 MSW - wxPanel SetDefaultItem() missing

MSW, 2.7.0

Up to and including 2.6.3, wxPanel has a SetDefaultItem() method.  This
appears to have been removed in 2.7.0 but is not documented as being gone,
and the 2.7.0 online documentation continues to contain it.  This used to
reside in wx/containr.h.
