[wx-dev] 2.7.0 mostly done

BUt there is one more issue showed by wince build. Should I expect gtk1 files
be distributed in all.zip? eVC has this annoying bug/feature of reporting all
missing headers listed in #include even if #ifdef excludes them. All
wx/gtk1/*.h files are reported because of it.
