First of all after the whole discussion and considering how many of the
packaging and testing is now automated, I would like to thank to Julian for
the work he had to complete "by hand" in the past.

Then thanks to Vadim and the rest involved in doing this spin. Nice!

Finally, msw line endings in [all].zip seem not preserved.
