2.7.0 mostly done

 Hello again,

 I think the release is mostly done now. A few things are still missing but
probably are not very urgent:

- Documentation files haven't been uploaded to SF yet
- I didn't send announcement to any Mac sites (MacNN, MacRumors &c are
  mentioned in the docs/tech/tn0013.txt file) because I think it's up to
  Stefan to do (or not do) this
- Same for LinuxDevices.org (s/Stefan/Robert/)
- And for Python (s/.../Robin/)

 Thanks to everyone for your help and let's prepare for the bug report ;-)
