Sure. But then again, I am not sure how I amend the web-site nor whether
I have permissions to do it.

As a possibly superior alternative, how about altering docs/readme.txt
to enclose the words specified, and making announce.txt refer to that?
docs/readme.txt seems, on reflection, to be a better place anyway.
