[wx-dev] [all] 2.7.0 and releases organization in general

 Ok, so what should we do? I've spent the past day on verifying that DEB
and RPM build works so should we just tag the HEAD as 2.7.0 now and move
the files from http://biolpc22.york.ac.uk/pub/CVS_HEAD/v2/ to SF (renaming
them to have "-2.7.0" suffix)?

 Looking at docs/tech/tn0013.txt the only other thing to do is to send the
announcement but I don't know where is the standard announcement text,
would anyone have it at hand?

 Also, the web site should be updated, can someone please do this?
