Should be corrected now, but rebake modifying only 6 files that are
under revision control was a bit weird. Only the toplevel Makefile.in
and 5 Makefile.*'s in build/msw, is that normal? E.g, does wxMac use the
toplevel Makefile.in also with all the compilers and IDEs?
